Consistency is the key to productivity. FlowPlan's streak system helps you build and maintain good habits.
How streaks work
Your streak increases by one for every day you complete at least one task. It's that simple.
- Complete a task on Monday β streak: 1
- Complete a task on Tuesday β streak: 2
- Miss Wednesday β streak resets to 0
- Complete a task on Thursday β streak: 1
Your streak counter is visible on the dashboard, so you always know where you stand.
Current streak vs longest streak
FlowPlan tracks two numbers:
- Current streak β Your active streak right now
- Longest streak β Your all-time record
Try to beat your record. Once you see that number climbing, you'll think twice before skipping a day.
Achievement badges
Earn badges as you reach streak milestones:

Tips for maintaining your streak
- Start small β Even completing one tiny task counts. On busy days, do the smallest thing on your list.
- Plan for weekends β Add at least one small task for Saturday and Sunday if you want an unbroken streak.
- Use the dashboard β Check it daily to stay aware of your streak status.
- Don't be discouraged by resets β Everyone breaks a streak eventually. What matters is starting again.
Tip: The goal isn't the streak itself β it's building the habit of daily progress. Even 10 minutes of focused work on a task keeps the momentum going.
