Free trial

When you sign up, you get a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start.

During the trial, you can:

• Create unlimited tasks and projects
• Use auto-scheduling
• Connect Notion and Google Calendar
• Use the AI assistant (with your own API key)
• Access the Pomodoro timer and streaks

Available plans

After your trial ends, choose a plan to continue using FlowPlan. You can view current plans and pricing at any time by clicking the subscription badge in the navigation bar or going to the pricing page.

Plans are available in monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual plans offer savings compared to paying monthly.

Managing your subscription

• View your current plan status from the subscription badge in the top navigation
• Click it to see details about your plan, renewal date, and options

Using coupon codes

Have a coupon code? Apply it during checkout to receive a discount. Coupons can offer:

• A percentage off your subscription
• A fixed amount discount

Coupons may have expiration dates or usage limits.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

• You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data is preserved
• You can resubscribe anytime to regain access
